Robin Watt is currently an EMT and Assistant Chief for the Sun City Center Emergency Squad, where she has volunteered since 2004. She is also host of "Someone You Should Know" on WSCQ 96.3 FM.
After leaving California, Robin Watt escaped to the shores of Florida’s warm waters, pursuing a new life. She found her soul mate, love, sanity and self-expression by the calculated release, parole and discharge of the many characters in her head. "Moon of the Hawk", published in May 2011, rides through the turmoil of a best friend’s murder; "Right Under My Nose – short stories with a Purpose," published December 2012, reflects her love of dogs, and their service and bond with people. Set in Orlando, "Karma Sux," her third novel, is a police/crime story about the trials and tribulations of the police brotherhood. Originally published in 2013, it has been re-edited and re-released.
Her other books include "Fixin’ Stupid, Tales of a Tennessee Trauma Queen" and "A is for Airway," its sequel. Both are e-books and can be found on Amazon. The 3rd in this series of EMS stories, "B is for Breathing..." is scheduled for release in early 2021.
Her contributions to the anthology Tattle Tales, include Rhythm of the Night, One Piece of Paper and Gator Man, a short story from her book Right Under My Nose.
She and her husband David enjoy hiking, camping kayaking and most outdoor activities.
