Denise Hall Brown

Denise Hall Brown is a Survivor. For Denise, life was shattered in 1995, when a drunk driver killed her mother. Denise was devastated and felt she’d been the one to die in that accident. While feeling sorry for herself, Denise heard her mother’s voice telling her to stop being a victim. That's when she changed her perspective and her approach. Despite later enduring the sudden losses of her son, aunt, and husband, Denise is no longer death’s victim. Instead, she is a Survivor who honors her loved ones by helping others to heal.

Denise Hall Brown is a Supporter. Denise’s personal mission is to impact the lives of others, a goal she accomplishes by raising three teenage sons and volunteering in the community. Denise’s book, 2Grieve 2Gether, allows her to support others by sharing her story and grief strategies using a powerful combination of personal experience with loss and life, 20+ years of professional experience in insurance/financial services, and educational experience that comes from attaining a graduate certificate in Thanatology, the study of death and bereavement, and currently pursuing her Master's degree in the same field.
