Angela Chapman

Angie (Bryant) Chapman was born in Independence, Mo. in 1962. She spent the majority of her life in Lexington, Mo. She joined the Air Force in 1982. The time she served in the Air Force, traveling to different countries has helped in her writings. She started with the USPS in 1989 in Wellington, Mo. and then went on to work in Higginsville, Mo. for the next seven years. In 1999, she became Postmaster of the Dover Post Office for 12 years. In 2011 she became Postmaster in Buckner Mo. She has spent the last ten years teaching herself how to become a compelling author. After suceeding at writing, she decided it would make more sense for her to start a publishing company. In 2010 she started her own publishing company, 'Fire Pit Creek Publishing.' Angie considers herself an inspirational writer. Although she loves to write suspense/mystery, she always tries to inspire others in her writings. All of her books touch base with all of the diverse teenagers in this world, and she tries to make a difference in each of thier complexed lives. She now is married to David Chapman and resides in Buckner Mo. She has two grown children, Brittney Bayne and Brady Jobe, and two step-children, Stephanie and Austin Chapman, and a grandmother of Audrey and Aiden.
