Pat Pledger

Pat Pledger, over 20 years resident in Germany, runs her own training business in Hamburg doing in-company training with a selected and experienced group of business English trainers. Having left a 20 year career in human resources management in London, Pat wrote this book for her HR clients and other non-native English human resources people, whose needs were becoming more international , as there was nothing else on the market of a similar nature. The book can be used on its own or as a self-study book.
