Peter E. Greulich

Peter E. Greulich served IBM customers for thirty years in a variety of roles: administrator, systems engineer, worldwide sales instructor, salesman, and as worldwide brand, product and market managers. He has enhanced his thirty years of "hands on" experience at the company with more than a decade of in-depth study of the corporation’s leadership.

In 2011, Peter published “The World's Greatest Salesman” about IBM's founder, Thomas J. Watson Sr.

In 2014, Peter published "A View from Beneath the Dancing Elephant" which is a rebuttal to Louis V. Gerstner's self-evaluation, "Who Says Elephants Can't Dance?"

In 2017, Peter published "THINK Again! IBM CAN Maximize Shareholder Value" which is a comprehensive look at IBM's century of great, good, and bad leadership. In late 2020, he refreshed this work with “The Rometty Edition,” to add Virginia M. (Ginni) Rometty’s performance.

On February 14, 2024, Peter published “THINK Again! 20th Century Ideas and High Ideals for the 21st Century” which is an anthology of Thomas J. Watson Sr.’s THINK Magazine editorials from the magazine’s first issue in June 1935 through his last editorial in June 1956—the month of his death.

On May 1, 2025, Peter published "The Best of B. C. Forbes: Keys to Success in the 21st Century." This is an anthology of thirty essays focused on achieving success that B. C. Forbes published in Forbes Magazine in the first quarter of the 20th Century. These articles focus on defining success, determining the critical “keys” to achieve success, and encouraging individuals to undertake the challenge—to scale the mountain of success by taking the right paths.
