Thad R. Nodine

Thad Nodine is a novelist and writer in Santa Cruz, California, where he lives in a brown house with a red door not far from the Pacific. He is author of Touch and Go, which won the Dana Award for the Novel and is now being translated into Chinese.

Thad began writing for a living right after college, before he realized he liked it. He's worked as a speech writer for a U.S. Senator; a publishing director in New Mexico; a journalist in Colorado; a university instructor in California and Japan; and a writer of education policy. He has published fiction in Quarry West, Red Wheelbarrow, and other magazines. His nonfiction has appeared in many magazines and journals.

What he really likes to do is write and think. And listen to people. And do things. And imagine. And rewrite.
