Harry R. Currie

Apart from being a military officer who learned to fly, my life has centred around music - an instrumentalist, vocalist and conductor. I was fortunate to work with or back many top stars, and later in life I was an educator and still later an arts journalist. One rather strange connection to an organization I cannot mention gave me the background which led to writing my first novel, Debut for a Spy. That success inspired me to continue writing again, leading to completing 5 novels, and the remaining 3 are about to be released. I prefer adventure, humour, and to be aware of something that inspires a story, like the restored Fortress Louisbourg on Cape Breton Island in the Canadian Province of Nova Scotia. That inspired Passage to the Past. I now live in Thailand, where the history of a former OSS/CIA man inspired my fifth novel, which should be out in a month or so. I feel very fortunate for the wonderful life I've had. I hope you enjoy the novels.
