Will Van der Hart

Will Van Der Hart is a leadership coach and author of 10 books on resilience, emotional health and leadership, including two co-written with adventurer Bear Grylls. His book Mind Fuel received the Nautilus Gold Authors Award. Will coaches and consults with senior leaders and organisations, helping them embed values into culture, build resilience, and support staff wellbeing. He has delivered coaching and leadership content for many well known global companies. Will is also Wellbeing Chaplain to a network of over 200 church leaders and a non-Executive Director of a luxury jewellery brand.
