William Joseph Bray
Bray is a Physicist and Chemist by education, working as a Physicist and Pharmaceutical Research Chemist for over twenty years. Most of this research and work has been conducted under highly regulated FDA, Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Laboratory Practice, and Nuclear Regulatory Agency environments with strict controls.
His areas in Industrial Pharmaceutical Research include neuro-science, neuropsycho-pharmaceutics, drug metabolism and pharmaco-kinetics, Isotopic (atomic) incorporation of stable and unstable atomic isotopes into biologically active compounds ,peptide am protein chemistry, biochemistry, analysis and structural confirmation of small molecules, and isotopic incorporation of biologically active compounds, theory, operation, and design of Mass Spectrometric, Nuclear Magnetic Resonance, and Positron Emission technologies. Theory, principle, and design of radio frequency and Near Field Effect photon and virtual photon emission and re-absorption, research in Mass Spectrometry, Virtual particle production and annihilation, Quantum Electro Dynamic Vacuum Effects.
He has worked with SmithKline Beecham Pharmaceutical Research, Merck Research Labs, served as a consultant to the Transportation Security Administration, served as a consultant to the Department of Homeland Security, other government agencies, Johnson & Johnson R&D, several Federal Forensic Labs, and a host of Biotech and small to medium sized drug discovery firms, primarily in areas where methods involving electromagnetic (virtual photon) phenomenon are involved as novel detection and imaging methods, for characterization of biological, chemical, and atomic motifs at close and remote distances.
