Shirley Anstis is an integrative counsellor, life coach and writer who has worked with hundreds of clients over the past 20 years. She supports parents and carers to become more self-aware and better resourced to navigate family, life and work challenges. She is mother to one adopted child. She also offers life writing workshops to encourage self-expression and self-care.
Through her therapeutic work she helps people connect to their true self, rediscover their identity, their goals and what brings them joy and happiness. Her books are concerned with mental health, personal stories and finding role-models for living well. They seek to increase self awareness, self-care and optimism.
