Judith wonders now why the manuscript stayed on a closet shelf for years before she brought it down and released this remarkable story.

Born in Rhode Island, Judith married her high-school sweetheart there, had four children, divorced and set out alone to change her life, which began mid-life in Spain. She crafted an expertise in travel writing and later personal essays. Today, she's an electric businesswoman and a landlady with comical tales to tell.
