Cat RunningElk is an author, speaker, spiritual teacher and the mother of three daughters. Over the last two decades she has inspired audiences nationwide with her message of finding the gifts within and sharing them to fulfill your life purpose. She believes we must all do our part to bring harmony and balance back to the planet, and that creating that balance begins within each of us. She guides individuals and groups through workshops, lectures and in guided coaching sessions.

Since she was young Cat has been able to connect with the unseen world. Her intuitive gifts have brought her into contact with many guides, angels and animal spirits. Through past life recall her life and purpose at this historical time was revealed. Her stories of remembering, hearing the spirit world and the messages from beyond inspire readers over and over again.
