Author has a Ph.D. in engineering, more than 30 years’ experience in industry, was the president of two companies: “Intellectual System, Inc.”, in Russia and Clever Ace in USA, published more than 70 books and articles. Amid them during last decades published in the USA an essay “The Formula of Happiness, and Why Fools Rule the World” (1996), and the books: Artificial Intelligence Around Us (2009) and Human Intellect: Optimal Tuning and Control...(2020)
