Dave McDonald

Dave McDonald is a cartoonist, YouTuber and accredited teaching artist who visits schools with his "Kids Make Comics" assembly program and residency for elementary students in North and South Carolina. For 30 years, McDonald has written, produced and presented award-winning children's educational and entertainment programming for television, theme parks, museums, libraries and schools. Growing up in rural upstate New York, he was often forced to use his imagination in order to entertain himself and he fondly remembers spending an entire summer learning how to ride his bicycle seated backwards!
