David Macphail

David Macphail was born in Scotland. He left home to travel the world and 'have adventures'. Some of his many jobs included chicken wrangler, door-to-door salesman, grouse beater, ghost tour guide, and pool waiter on a tropical island. He has written for TV, the stage, and books.
