I'm Debbie, a stress management coach for children, as well as for us 'Big Kids' too.
My company 'True Relax' teaches adults, children and teens how to relax easily and realistically through the use of my books, workshops and CD's
Realistically people don't have the time to trawl through zillions of self help books, only to be told that if they sit in a uncomfortable position for 6 hours a day and think of nothing, that they MAY find that elusive inner peace somewhere.
So i developed my 'realistic relaxation methods'; extremely simple, but effective techniques that combat anxiety, insomnia and stress quickly.
My new book 'Cant Sleep Wont Sleep'' is my baby of the moment, it is a story book for children to help them sleep. It features one of my award winning 'Mini Relax' techniques as told by two very special characters 'Emmy and 'Puff Pillow'.
All of my Mini Relax techniques can be found in my other children's self help book 'Mini Relax' - also available here on Amazon - which happened to win me the Best Author award in 2010 at the Welsh Connection awards.
Mini Relax is also available as a download here on Amazon or Itunes.
'Mini Relax' and 'Teen Relax' are both books that are based on the relaxation workshops that i teach to children and young adults. The techniques help them to sleep better, improve concentration, boost self esteem, confidence and help them to control feelings of anger.
'Create a Calmer you' is a self help book for adults which had proven extremely popular in helping people combat anxiety, depression and sleep problems by using my realistic relaxation methods.
How do i know they work? Because these are the techniques that i used to help myself to beat all of the above 20 years ago. Learn how to combat your negative emotions from someone who has been there and beat her's herself.
A percentage of profits from every sale of my new book 'Cant Sleep Wont Sleep' goes to the charity Autism Puzzles, Wales, UK .
