John Brennan

Born and raised in Oakland, CA I've had an interest in American history since forever. Choosing the subject of helicopter "names" was a natural process knowing that it was all to vanish if it wasn't documented now. Having the VN War veteran as the primary contributor to this first book, I subsequently parlayed 600 color images from my burgeoning photo files into two additional copter books from Stackpole, "Vietnam War Helicopter Art", Vols 1 & 2. In the Fonthill Media series, Vol. 1 has been completed (300 color pics) & has been available since late 2017. Vol. 2 has now been completed & available since 2021.
