David Nolte

Born in Arvada, Colorado in 1940. I grew up in Southern California, Pomona, Upland area. I came to Oregon from Las Cruces, New Mexico in 1962 and just stayed.

I graduated from Northwest Christian College (BTh) in 1965 and Johnson Bible College (MA) in 1996.

Marlene (nee Porter) and I have been married for 46 years and have served Christian Churches in The Dalles, Molalla, Albany, Klamath Falls and Crabtree, Oregon.

We have 2 children: Keri Childers (Spouse: Dean) and John Nolte (Spouse: Carol), and 4 grandchildren: Alisha Childers Hussey (Spouse: Chris), Travis Childers, Thomas and Amanda Nolte.

We love traveling, and spending time at the Oregon Central Coast.

I love writing for youth, and writing works of hope and encouragement in our trying times.
