Geoffrey Young is a Poet, Writer, Holistic Health Coach, natural foods chef, father and Buddhist practitioner living near Kimberton, PA. A former pharmaceutical chemist, he decided to leave the corporate world to follow his heart and soul. His mission is to help others wake up and learn to live a life in balance, achieve better health and learn to appreciate the beauty of living life in the present moment.
