Roger Parry

Roger Parry is Chairman of YouGov (data analytics), Oxford Metrics (software) and Aves Enterprises (private equity) and is a Director of Uber UK.(transport) He was Chairman of Future (magazines. )Johnston Press plc (local media;) and Shakespeare's Globe Trust.(theatre)

Roger was a journalist with BBC and ITV, including Today, Radio 4, BBC TV News, Thames News . He was a consultant at McKinsey & Co and a director at advertising group WCRS and media buying group Aegis. He was a significant shareholder in the radio stations LBC and Jazz FM.

He was CEO of the media company More Group plc which he sold to Clear Channel and then become Chairman and CEO of Clear Channel International. He was a founder director and Deputy Chairman of Clear Media in China. He was a founder of Internet Indirect plc and a director of New Media Spark plc and iTouch plc. Roger was educated at the universities of Oxford (Jesus College) M.Litt Economics and Bristol. BSc Geology He is the author of five books: Delivering the Neural Nudge; The Ascent of Media; People Businesses; Enterprise and Making Cities Work. He is a Visiting Fellow of Oxford University.
