Gregory G. Allen

Gregory G. Allen is the award-winning author of four novels, one nonfiction memoir, two shorts, and four children's books (two on autism awareness - the first of which won the People's Choice Grand Prize Award in the 2012 MeeGenius! Author Challenge). He has been in the entertainment business for over thirty five years as an actor, director, producer, playwright, screenwriter, and author. As a filmmaker, two of his short films were chosen to screen at the American Pavilion at the Cannes Film Festival and one of those (HIDING IN DAYLIGHT) is streaming on Amazon Prime. His latest kids chapter books THE MONSTERS OF MARYMOUNT MANSION came out in fall of 2023 and he is working on finishing the trilogy for his CHICKEN BOY A SUPER HERO WITH AUTISM Series.

He is a member of the Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators, The Dramatist Guild, and was inducted into the prestigious 125th Anniversary Year (2023) Marquis Who's Who for his dedication to the fields of arts, entertainment, and advocacy. Gregory has contributed articles, blogs, & reviews for numerous theatre and other sites. He has been featured and interviewed in The Advocate, Passport Magazine, Huffington Post, PBS One-on-One with Steve Adubato, Sirius Radio The Morning Jolt, and Next Magazine.
