Mason Duchatschek

Mason Duchatschek is a business consultant and keynote speaker as well as an author. His creative, common sense and often unorthodox approaches to helping businesses, associations and nonprofits improve are focused primarily on solving and preventing "people problems" before they occur. Additionally, he is recognized for helping companies attract and retain (rather than pursue) more of their ideal clients and/or donors.

Over the last 20 years, he has co-authored ten books. And, his ideas have been featured in Selling Power, Entrepreneur and the New York Times. He has been a television guest on Fox News, CNBC and countless radio stations across the country.

His most recent book is "Offer vs. Ask" which he co-wrote with his son Clayton. It is a business leader's playbook including strategies, tools and financial resources designed to help nonprofits and associations achieve consistent growth and sustainability.

Mason is an entrepreneur who leads the company AMO-Employer Services, Inc. which has helped over 1,000 companies attract, engage and retain talented employees. He has provided consulting, speaking, and thought leadership to major corporations such as Miller Brewing, Land O'Lakes, and Purina Mills and also makes time to help entrepreneurs who want to start a business or even work from home.
