Laura Becker

Children's author, Laura Becker, brings a perfect summer day to life in The Wonder of a Summer Day. She was inspired to write this book while playing outside with her young daughter on a sunny summer afternoon.

Born and raised in the Detroit area, Laura is a graduate of the University of Michigan, where she studied communications and political science. She has worked as a freelance writer, and aspires to write more stories for young readers.

Laura lives in Michigan with her husband and daughter.
