Stanley J. Ward

Dr. Stanley J. Ward (b. 1972) grew up in Pryor, Oklahoma and now resides near Tyler, Texas. He previously served as an instructor and administrator at The Brook Hill School in Bullard, TX. After completing his PhD in leadership studies, he began teaching ethical leadership courses for Claremont Lincoln University and served as dean for their capstone studies program.

He is now the Founder and Principal of Influence Coaching LLC, where he helps leaders improve their stress management, resolve conflicts, prevent burnout, and create sustainable positive changes.

When not working as as a leadership coach, educator, and writer, he is enjoys cycling, Tai Chi, and writing with fountain pens.
