Sharon Vander Meer is a retired journalist with a background in community development and public relations. She is a mom, wife, grandmother, great grandmother and prolific writer. She has published articles in newspapers and magazines in the southwest, is the former owner of a small town weekly newspaper, has published an on-line zine and most recently published an alumni magazine for a state university. Her blog www.vandermeerbooks.com is gaining readership with its variety of topics and Q&A interviews.
