Melissa Dickson Jackson

Melissa Dickson teaches writing at the University of West Georgia. She has published two collections of poetry, co-edited “Stone River, Sky: An Anthology of Georgia Poems” with the late Dr. Carey Scott Wilkerson, and most recently mentored Mark Baxter as he completed his memoir “Something’s Always Happening: Reflections on a Blessed Life.” Melissa holds an MFA in Painting as well as an MFA in Professional and Creative Writing.
