Tony Custer

Tony Custer, creator and editor of "The Art of Peruvian Cuisine", is an Economics graduate from the University of Harvard and has an MBA from the Harvard Business School. He wrote and published four children's books and his love for cooking and fine dining led him in the nineties to open up Peruvian cuisine from anonymity to the world.

In 1998 Tony Custer created “Aprendamos Juntos” (“Let's Learn Together”) , a program that sets up in marginal neighbourhoods school rooms with full time psychologists and therapists to attend to children that come from low income families with learning disabilities one on one.
