Kamaria Heru is a writer, entrepreneur, and educator. Her work involves a transdisciplinary approach to the field of Human Resources with the intent to revolutionize the workplace. In her early 20s, she had a vision for the future of work. Through Thrive Philosophy® she has realized that vision in the form of content, learning programs, and resources that enlighten and empower individuals, teams, and leaders. She believes better people make higher functioning workplaces.

Earlier in her writing career, she shyly took on the moniker "K. Heru" to model after J.K. Rowling. Now, she fully embraces herself as "Ka - Maria".
