From book author & quilt instructor to pattern & notion developer, Kari's passion for quilting is obvious. There are always fresh ideas from this recycled Home-Ec teacher.

Some of the most well-written & illustrated quilt patterns have come from New Leaf Stitches along with an innovative notion, Clearly Perfect Angles. The patent-pending "CPA" has been cited as one of the best new ideas in the industry.

Kari feels blessed to still get her teaching "fix" by teaching quilting across the country. Kari and her husband live in Minnesota's lake country and are enjoying their toddler granddaughter.
