Everett Powers is the author of the Grant Starr thrillers THE KING OF ROUND VALLEY, set in Mendocino County of California, SUNSET HILL, set in the Sunset Hill area of Seattle, Washington, DEATH OF A MATADOR, set in Modesto and Stevinson, California, THE MIGHTY T, set in Modesto and the Hetch Hetchy Valley in the Yosemite National Park. He also wrote CANALS, a horror novel. He resides in Northwest Arkansas with his wife.
