Kareem Manns

Kareem Manns (1973) was born in Harlem New York and raised in Brooklyn, New York, by extended family after the death of his parents as a 3 year old. For most of his childhood he ran with a rough crowd on the mean streets of Fort Greene, eventually ending up as a member of the Decepticons. After years of trouble as a teenager Kareem was finally able to get himself away from his distractions and graduated SUNY at Buffalo with a 3.8 GPA with a major in Communication and a dual Minor in CS/Film. Now currently the proud father of a five year old he is back to doing what he loves, which is writing. He will be directing his first feature film to be released independently and looks forward to collaborations with other directors and writers on future projects.
