Sven Ringling is SAP HXM Solution Advisor at ORBIS People, a consultancy for Digital HR with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, Concur and Qualtrics. He advises customers on their Cloud HR transformation journey from strategy and roadmap to implementation. Sven started his career in 1996 as an SAP HR consultant at IDS Scheer in Germany. He subsequently co-founded SAP HCM consultancies in Germany and the UK and led their cloud transformation initiatives. He has worked with >100 customers across a variety of countries and has been a speaker on Digital HR on conferences on 4 continents.

His books and articles published in German, English, and Chinese cover SAP HCM, SAP Concur, SAP SuccessFactors, Qualtrics as well as HR (Digital) Transformation.
