Lawrence P Luby

Larry Luby was born and raised in Dallas, Texas, where he grew up working in his father’s branch of Luby’s Cafeterias. After earning a BBA in finance from Texas A&M University in 1976, he joined TGI Friday’s and traveled around the country running restaurants. After his restaurant management career, he owned a manufacturing company, a recruiting company catering to the restaurant industry, and currently provides financing for retail development. His loving wife Judy is the joy of his life along with his two sons, daughter in-law, and three grandchildren. His passion is encouraging people to identify their potential and achieve greatness.
