My work is all about making entrepreneurship more accessible and satisfying. I believe that entrepreneurship is an opportunity to have the life and work you want. Over the course of my career I have helped thousands of entrepreneurs to create companies of all sizes and to achieve success on their terms. Through my work I've come to learn that success really isn't about size and that growth can mean many things.

In addition to writing and consulting, I run In Good Company, which is a community, business learning center, and coworking space for women entrepreneurs in Manhattan. In Good Company was founded in 2007 and continues to grow and evolve in interesting and surprising ways.

I split my time between New York and Philadelphia, where I live with my husband and daughter.
