I never saw myself as a writer. In fact, I majored in Engineering at Swarthmore College in part to escape writing. As I transitioned from engineer ... to leader ... to executive coach, I stayed in the realm of listening and speaking. Till now. Pause is my first book, co-authored with two talented partners. It has been an adventure to capture on paper the questions I've been asking and the words I've been sharing in a book for leaders.
