Ruth Vedvik has each worked for 35 years in the college admission and financial aid industry and for the past 9 years (respectively) as a principal at Hardwick-Day, an enrollment consulting firm that works with the admission and financial aid offices of private colleges and universities. Ruth has extensive experience in both the public and private sectors, serving as the Director of Admission at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Ball State University and Agnes Scott College. She began her career as an admission counselor at Gustavus Adolphus College. In her extensive consulting practice, Ruth has assisted colleges and universities with recruitment, selection, communication and the development and implementation of financial aid policy. Ruth's daughter is a sophomore in college so she's sat on both sides of the desk in college admission.
