William Wiseman

William D. Wiseman was born into an Air Force family. He grew up on military installations around the United States as well as in Ethiopia and Germany. He was a police officer and a US Navy Chief Petty Officer before becoming a private investigator. As a military brat and while on active duty in the Navy, he traveled extensively through Europe and the Mediterranean countries. For most of his life, William has written satire and humor for his own enjoyment. His first book, "Flyby", reflects his early childhood experiences and his love of old airplanes. William and his wife, Carol, split their time between Florida and Great Britain.
