Greetings! I I have just turned 70 years young and just published I believe my 10th book. This one I'm especially proud of as it tells my life story - a 350 page historical fiction novel sort of thing ! Definitely not just a chronological list of my life events. I go deep and transparent - the good, the bad and even some of the ugly!

Briefly: I'm a native of Lexington Missouri; went to college to be a coach & teacher - fortunately through ROTC became an Army Infantry Officer for the next 15 years (retired, Major)!

Essentially for the last 30 years I have been doing leadership coaching and consulting. Also taught in Higher Education (Masters level) with various universities.

I regard my wife Sydney, two children, siblings and extended family as the best parts of his life.

For the last five years, I have lived in the small town of Higginsville, Missouri- just down the road from Lexington. There I have been the local newspaper writer/editor since 2020.

STATEMENT OF FAITH:

"I have been fortunate to work in a field that I love, helping people grow, for nearly 35 years now.

I have been very blessed, and because of this I want to give credit where it's due. I am a Christian and Believer. This is not a matter of preaching and forcing my beliefs on anyone; I would never approach this with your organization without your involvement and consent. I try to model what I believe in and let people make their own judgments.

My 'faith' is part of who I am, and a part of everything I do, say and believe. Jesus Christ is responsible for all I am and is 'totally' what I am about.
