Miki Starr's passion for writing began in childhood as a way to explore the world and ease the loneliness she felt growing up much older than her siblings. She writes across multiple genres, drawing inspiration from dreams and random curiosities, with a particular love for meta-fiction as a tool for self-reflection.

Miki's work often explores complex themes, from identity struggles to societal issues, weaving emotional depth into her characters and stories. She focuses on creating a connection between her readers and the experiences her characters face.

When she's not writing, Miki enjoys boxing, spending time with her cats and family, and designing. Currently, she’s working on her sci-fi/fantasy series Olivia the Anointed, which follows a young girl prophesied to free her planet from an oppressive regime.
