Angela Muss

Acclaimed children’s book author and illustrator Angela has brought over 60 books to life for renowned publishers such as Penguin, Dorling Kindersley, Child's Play, and Usborne.

With a rich background spanning graphic design, photography, and film and stage acting, Angela ultimately followed her lifelong passion for painting to build a dedicated career in art and illustration. Her vibrant, bold artwork has expanded far beyond the page—featured on greeting cards, games, and licensed gifts—while her fine art has been exhibited in international galleries. She is also the creative force behind the popular series Little Red Penguin.

Based in Menorca, she balances her studio practice with guiding art workshops, constantly exploring organic pigments and spontaneous expression.
