Corrado Poli is a journalist and author with expertise in urban and environmental policies.
In June 2008 he was appointed President of the International Urban Fellows Association, associated with the Johns Hopkins University Institute for Policy Studies.
Since 2004 he has been adjunct Professor of Economics and Environmental Ethics at the University of Bergamo (Italy), where he has also directed the Environmental Communication Laboratory.
Corrado has published a number of articles and essays and works with newspapers and TV networks as an editorialist.
He is politically active with the Consortium "Responsibility & Citizenship". He has held several political positions, chaired public bodies, directed research centers and has taught at several Universities in Italy and abroad. Specifically, he has taught for a number of years at the Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore (USA), at Queensland University of Technology, Brisbane (Australia) and at the Universities of Padova and Trieste (Italy).
As a (professional) hobby, Corrado is an endurance runner. He also writes stories and has published a novel set in the world of runners.
