Troy Halsey is an award-winning Event Designer and Creative Director who has worked in the field of Theatrical and Corporate Event Design for over 15 years as a professional freelance Event and Video Producer, Scenic and Environment Designer, Technical Director, Production Manager, and Creative Director. He holds a BA in Dramatic Media from Texas Lutheran University. Currently, Troy is the President and Founding Principal of The Halsey Group, LLC - a Strategic Event Design Studio.
