William G. DeFoore

William G. DeFoore, Ph. D. has been a counselor for over 50 years, and is president of Halcyon Life Enterprises, LLP. He has authored six books in print, five e-books, and 20 audiobooks. He is the author and developer of three web sites, including WilliamDeFoore.com, AngerManagementResource.com and Goodfinding.com. He publishes two monthly newsletters and daily Goodfinding quotes through his websites. He served on the faculty of Cooper Aerobics Center Wellness program for 27 years, and has spoken at numerous conferences worldwide on the topics of emotional intelligence, financial intelligence, and body/mind wellness. Dr. DeFoore has provided corporate consulting and executive coaching services to small and multi-national businesses. His emphasis on the deep inherent value of each individual has pervaded all of his work, bringing his orientation into alignment with a positive psychology approach to well-being. With his wife and business partner, he enjoys hiking, playing with their donkeys, and creative expression through fiber art, guitar, ukulele, and singing.
