Julie Jacobson

Julie Jacobson, Ph. D. has taught Spanish and English with Los Angeles and San Diego City Schools. Dr. Jacobson has contributed to such publications as The Journal of Adolescent and Adult Literacy, published by The International Reading Association and The California Reader. She is also a co-author of Accommodating Differences Among English Language Learners; Best Practices: 75+ Literacy Lessons, a series of instructional language learning strategies that has been translated to French and used as a second language resource in Canada.
