Pierre Bedard turns ideas into reality. Born in Quebec, he’s edited and written plays, technical training, original scripts. He’s translated and adapted Victor Hugo's Hernani and his grandmother's memoirs, La Rive Sud, from French to English. Pierre co-authored Thetford Park with his father, John, and has written about his experiences selling to Steve Jobs. He pursues creative projects that spark his interest and joy.
Pierre moved to the Bay Area in the early 1980s, where he worked as a sales and business development executive at Sun Microsystems, Adobe, and IBM. While working full-time, he earned an MBA in 1989 and a JD in 2009 from Santa Clara University. Currently, Pierre serves on the Los Altos City Library Commission and the North County Library Authority where he focuses on library improvements.
When not writing, he writes.
