Sherri Rose, Ph.D. is a Professor at Stanford University. Broadly, her methodological research focuses on statistical machine learning for prediction and causal inference. Within health policy, Dr. Rose currently works on fairness for risk adjustment formulas and the generalizability of computational health economics algorithms. Her honors include an NIH Director's Pioneer Award, NIH Director's New Innovator Award, the ISPOR Bernie J. O'Brien New Investigator Award, multiple mid-career awards, and the Mortimer Spiegelman Award, which recognizes the statistician under age 40 who has made the most significant contributions to public health statistics.
