Deborah F Windrum transformed an aversion to aging that struck in her early fifties by learning to appreciate the natural cycles of life’s seasons and by writing Harvest the Bounty of Your Career (www.HarvestTheBounty.com) for others who wish to distill the gifts of a career in preparation for cultivating a new season of life.

Deb is also Outreach Librarian at the University of Colorado at Boulder Libraries, where she has been on the faculty for 30 years and authored numerous chapters, papers, and articles. Her first book, Process and Politics in Library Research, was a pioneering effort in the application of critical thinking, active learning, and feminist principles to the college research course.
