Dr. Charles Muzi Nsibande, DBEnv, MBA, MSc(Building), PGDip(Property), BSc(Science). Charles is the principal of Bogoje Properties, a private real estate practice. See www.bogoje.co.za. Charles is a chartered Surveyor(FRICS) as well as a chartered Builder(MCIOB).

Charles studied Mathematics, Physics, Construction, Property, Real Estate, and Finance at the University of SWD, London South Bank University(UK), University of Witwatersrand(RSA), the University of Reading, Henley Business School(UK), as well as Salford University(UK).

Charles' hobbies include reading and watching all kinds of sports. He also enjoys sightseeing and photography.
