Tim Fanning

Tim Fanning is a writer and historian based in Dublin with a particular interest in the history of the Irish in Spain and Latin America. He is the author of four books: 'Don Juan O'Brien: An Irish adventurer in nineteenth-century South America', 'The Salamanca Diaries: Father McCabe and the Spanish Civil War', 'Paisanos: The Forgotten Irish who Changed the Face of Latin America' and 'The Fethard-on-Sea Boycott'. 'Paisanos: The Forgotten Irish who Changed the Face of Latin America' has been published in Irish, Argentinian, Colombian and US editions.
