Philippe Le Corre is a Senior Fellow with the Mossavar-Rahmani Center for Business and Government at the Harvard kennedy School. He is also a Research Fellow at the Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs at Harvard, and a Non-resident Senior Fellow with the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace in Washington, DC. He was previously a Fellow in the Foreign Policy Program at The Brookings Institution, and a Lecturer at Johns Hopkins University. Le Corre has been teaching at Sciences Po Paris since 2005. A former Foreign Correspondent in China and Europe for 15 years, he served as a Special Assistant to the French Defense Minister in 2004-2007 and was previously a Fellow of the Weatherhead Center for International Affairs at Harvard University. He is the author or co-author of seven books, mainly on China. The most recent ones are "China's Offensive in Europe" (Brookings Institution Press, 2016) and "Rethinking the Silk Road" (Palgrave, 2017). He has also published widely in Foreign Affairs, Foreign Policy, Nikkei Asia Review, Far Eastern Economic Review, Wall Street Journal Asia, Financial Times, Boston Globe, Straits Times, South China Morning Post, Politico, National Interest, Europe's World, Le Monde, Les Echos, Etudes, Asia-Europe Journal, Commentaire, China Perspective, China Economic Quarterly.
